Emphasis Preaching Journal

Julia Kale Kellersberger was writing of her very first trip to Africa. She described the trip across the ocean, the landing, and the long bus ride. At last she was on a small boat, slowly going down the river on her way to her final destination. She was so eager to see everything, to know everything, to feel everything. She didn't want to miss a single thing!

This is the way she put it: "I was excited about the whole world in general and the next bend in the river in particular."
