If Martin said it once, he said it a thousand times. "If a fellow has to inherit money from his relatives to get ahead, he isn't much of a man." Understand this about Martin. He has achieved what the world might call "success." He is independently wealthy. He owns a motor home as large as some person's permanent home. He is generous. He carries large quantities of cash with him at all times and doesn't own a credit card. Credit cards, like heirs, indicate false money and false wealth to him.
