In Ladies Professional Golf JoAnne Carner is known as "Big Mamma." Once she said in an interview the thing she enjoys most is telling the crowd what she is going to do and then executing the shot. For example, she will tell the crowd that she will hook the ball around the tree in front of her and as a result the ball will come to rest in the middle of the green. She chooses her club, hits the ball, and watches the ball do exactly what was anticipated. Finally, she experiences the excitement of the crowd.
