A large, fast-growing church in the northwestern part of the country has a problem that many churches would like to have. People are coming to the church and volunteering their services. These newcomers have presented themselves as people who are vitally interested in the ministry of the church and have volunteered to teach, to lead youth groups, to lead small groups, and involve themselves in various other services.
