Mike supervised a small staff of data analysts in a private
consulting firm. He could still remember the days at the firm
when numbers were crunched with adding machines, or keypunched
into computer lingo for the big mainframe to manipulate and
analyze. Now, the entire staff was equipped with personal
computers -- even the secretaries. My, they had come a long way
from typewriters and adding machines!
