The minister was talking to a group of young people ranging in age twelve through high school. "The rainbow," he said, "Is a myriad of colors, and it symbolizes a covenant between man and God. God told Noah he would never destroy all flesh from off the earth by water again."

Then he took from his pocket a wire hoop and a small bottle that contained soapy water. Dipping the hoop into the soapy water, he began to blow bubbles into the air. The bubbles floated everywhere as the young people tried to grab them.
