A pastor tells the story of being asked to meet in his church with the cub scouts to share a bit of his faith story. Part of the story involved the conversations that took place with a college friend many years prior. The friend did not believe and the conversations had posed a challenge. The challenge had led to an articulating of the faith and a deep sense of personal ownership of the pastor's faith. In fact, the conversations distinctly formed both his personal faith and sense of calling.
