Can you imagine a class without a teacher?
Can you imagine a flock of sheep without a shepherd?
Or a garden left untended? Unwatered?
Or worse still, can you imagine the world without a God who cares?
The text tells us God is available
He promises to 1) gather us and tend us like a shepherd does his flock (vs. 10); 2) ransom and redeem us (vs. 11); 3) gives us a song, radiant faces and dancing (vss. 12-13).
