There are many memorable scenes that come to mind from the movie, Ben Hur. Many people will remember best the chariot race. However, the scene I can never forget is the crucifixion of Jesus. As he is nailed to the cross, and the heavy cross is dropped into place, the drops of blood begin to fall. They soon form a puddle at the foot of the cross. Soon a storm moves in with rain, lightning and thunder. The rain drops mingle with Christ's blood until the puddIe overflows and the water mixed with blood begins to trickle down the hillside.
