Emphasis Preaching Journal

There is a cartoon about a man who was trying to sell a bus to a church. And in his sales pitch, the dealer points out that the bus is especially designed for church use. It has three steering wheels, one gas pedal, and most importantly, it has eight sets of brakes. Frequently there is a desire among people to have control. But in this passage we find Jesus telling us to relax and to trust him to do what is needed. -- Bowen
