Vision is such an important and much-talked-about commodity in our world today. Whole sections of bookstores are devoted to the pursuit and implementation of vision. Leaders need to have vision; management and every person in the organization needs to buy into that vision. The most successful companies are the ones that have a real leader with real vision that everyone accepts as their own.
