Emphasis Preaching Journal

Worship was over. Mary and Jim were playing outside on the church lawn when they found a change purse with $20 in it. "Let's go to the store," suggested Mary. "We can buy anything we want and nobody will ever know." "But we can't do that!" exclaimed Jim. "It's not our money. We have to take it in and give it to Pastor."
Mary pleaded with Jim, but Jim had made up his mind. They were going to do the right thing. He finally ended the argument by racing away from Mary, into the church and up to Pastor. "Look what we found!"
