A young mother sitting next to me at one of our dinners said, "I don't really think that Jack belongs to Marie." (Not correct names)
I queried, "What makes you think that Jack is not the son of Marie?"
"Because he doesn't look like her or act like her or even talk like her," she assessed.
There seems to be an expectancy of heredity in our children as they are displayed in public as our children. It must be the same kind of expectancy the world has of us Christians. What else would lead them to call us hypocrites?
