How awesome are the works you do!
Eternal is your vast domain.
Each soul responds in thanks to you.
2. The heavens, massive pow’r display,
From glowing sun to distant star;
Created splendour, night and day,
Leading our utmost thoughts afar.
3. The earth, our home, rolls on through space,
Centre of your creative plan,
Set to sustain the human race.
For this, we praise as best we can.
4. How manifold, the works we view.
In wisdom you have made them all.
The creatures owe their lives to you
Sharing of your great banquet hall.
5. Praise, with thanksgiving, Lord, we give,
For what is now and yet shall be.
We bless you, Lord, and with you live,
Secure, unto eternity.
