Season: Any
Summary: Jesus loves me, this I know, for the Bible tells me so.
Props: Puppets
Izzy: Oh me, oh my, I don't know what I am going to do!
Henly: What is the matter? You look all out of sorts.
Izzy: Oh me, oh my, I tell you, I don't know what I am going to do. The sky is falling!
Henly: And who told you that?
Izzy: It was the chicken.
Henly: The chicken told you the sky is falling? And you believed the chicken?
Izzy: I do, I do. Oh me, oh my, I don't know what I am going to do!
Henly: Do you believe everything you are told?
Izzy: (Pauses.) No, man, of course not.
Henly: Well, look at the sky. (Izzy looks up.) Is the sky falling?
Izzy: I don't believe it is.
Henly: Do you believe Jesus loves you?
Izzy: (Pauses.) Why should I? I know I can't trust the chicken. I am not sure I can trust you.
Henly: You don't have to trust me. I am telling you Jesus loves you because the Bible says it is so.
Izzy: The Bible says it is so! Wow! (Pauses.) And why should I believe the Bible?
Henly: Izzy, the Bible isn't like the chicken who can run around without its head. The Bible was written by many, many men and women who knew how much God loved them. And so they wrote it down along with a lot of stories about God's love.
Izzy: You know what, I'm feeling better. The sky isn't falling and God loves me. Oh me, oh my, I'm feeling just great.
Henly: Glad to hear it.
