Stress -- Good And Bad
Basically, there are two types of stress: distress, which isn't good, and eustress, which is good. Eustress motivates us to action as a positive force of energy driving us from within. It is motivation to do our best and to carry out our goals and purposes. Distress is destructive either/or physically and emotionally by producing a negative pressure in life. The truth is both types exhaust us physically, but one leaves us with a weary frown while the other a fulfilled smile.
