1 - WATCH AND PRAY.
2 - The Christian faith is a waiting faith.
3 - Starting with our spiritual ancestors, the Israelites waited for a Messiah.
4 - For hundreds of years, the Israelites waited.
5 - When he did appear, he was rejected and killed by Jew and Gentile alike. He proved his divinity, however, by rising from the grave.
6 - When he ascended into heaven, he promised to return to take his followers with him.
