A Journey Through the Psalms: Reflections for Worried Hearts and Troubled Times
Preaching the Psalms Cycles A, B, C
A fond memory emerges of a young child attending church camp, walking darkened pathways each night from cabin to outhouse and back again. It was, for some inexplicable adolescent reason, completely unacceptable to use a flashlight. Only babies would use a light. So, each night this group of young men would stumble, fall, collide with trees and stumps all the way from sleeping cabin to outhouse and back again. It was a time of chuckles and giggles, a memory that is cherished.
