Our youth group goes monthly to serve at the soup kitchen in the nearby inner city. On the way home someone almost always voices their surprise that "some of the people there look just like us." Indeed, just the reverse of most of our stereotypes, there are people on the street who are educated, middle class people. They are people who have suffered mighty reversals in their lives.
