The prophet's task is to get the word out. How Jeremiah would have loved e-mail! His audience was the entire house of Jacob. With e-mail one can send a "batch" communication. That means the sender can write one message and then send it to multiple addresses at one time. Life can be very efficient and very quick in cyberspace. The receivers are equally valued, equally informed, equally accountable to be responsible for the information contained in the message; and, in the case with the prophet's message, equally judged.
