From the duality: male and female
Made in likeness to God who is one ...
From the polarities: father and mother:
Individualities: daughter or son ...
From the convergence of seeds in the womb
Birth brings emergence of our personhood ...
From singularity: ''I'' comes to be
In the plurality of family ...
From the possessiveness of what is mine
To the sharing of all that is ours ...
From the past and our separate ways
On to tomorrow our one wedded path ...
Lighting the candle for new unity
Being ourselves though in one harmony.
Crossing the gulf between heaven and earth
Christ makes At--ONE--ment with God by our faith.
